Your use of the services of the Valores Outlet online store always implies adherence to the terms and conditions in the version published on the website at the time of the purchase order. The execution of an order implies the acceptance by the customer of the present conditions, as well as of other conditions specified when ordering.

1. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
These conditions apply to the sale of all Valores Outlet items through your site to consumers and its visitors. Valores Outlet informs you that your site is exclusively aimed at an audience of more than 18 years old.

5. PRICE
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website, on the moment of order. The prices are detailed in each article and include VAT. The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated to the customer in detail at the time the order is placed. Valores Outlet reserves the right to make, at any time, the modifications it deems appropriate, and may update articles and prices on a daily basis, depending on international precious metal quotes.
Valores Outlet items price do not include customs duties to countries outside of European Union. Our store is located in Portugal, so all orders dispatched to European Union don't have additional customs fees.

6. PAYMENT
All purchases can be paid by credit card Visa, Mastercard or American Express, and also through the PayPal system. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process, in the corresponding box. You must notify Valores Outlet of any improper or fraudulent use on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that Valores Outlet can take appropriate action. In addition, suppliers or issuers of means of payment may adopt anti-fraud measures that lead to the refusal of certain types of transactions. Valores Outlet is not responsible for the implementation of this type of security policy.

7. AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
Our website has a stock management module to avoid ordering out of stock items. However, if this happens, the customer will be informed immediately and we will refund you any amount you may have paid.

9. Order cancellation
9.1. According with Portuguese law, we need to keep used precious metal articles with us for 20 working days after we buy it. During this period, police authorities can seize the objects for several reasons. So, until we dispatch your order to you, we can cancel your order unilaterally. If this happens, you will be immediately informed and refunded to the same payment method that you used.
9.2. In the event of a computer error, manual, technical or any other origin, causing a substantial change not foreseen by Valores in the retail price, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void.

10. MERCHANDISE RETURN
10.1. The User, in case of being a consumer, can exercise the right to resolve a contract without being required any compensation, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer acquires the physical possession of the goods. In order to exercise this right, the user may use the draft below, and must indicate all his identification data, the product you want to return and the date of purchase. The communication must be made, by letter, through the return of the acquired goods, or by another suitable and testable means within the above defined period. The consumer must, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the communication of the resolution, return the assets to Valores in due conditions of use.

10.2. After receiving the packaging return in Valores the corresponding value of the amount paid for the order will be refunded to the user (value of the sales invoice). If you have used a promotional discount code, this amount will not be refunded, the refund will only be for the amount actually paid. In case an offer card has been used, a new offer card of value equal to that used in the original order will be issued.
10.3 The refund method for the returned amount depends on the payment method used in your order. In the case of payments with credit card and PayPal, the credit is made to the associated account. In other cases, when NIB information is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account. Otherwise, the refund is made by bank cheque to the billing address. Refund is made up to 14 days after receipt of the wish for free resolution and receipt of return of the goods. When returning your order to a Valores store, if the value of the product is up to 100 €, the refund is made directly at the store. For values over € 100, refund will be made by bank transfer.
10.4 In the absence of any of the components of the sold item, or if any of them are not in an excellent condition, there shall be no refund of the price or shipping costs and the product will be returned to the original shipping address.

11. ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES (LITIGATIONS)
In the event of a dispute the consumer can appeal to an alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Portugal, and you and Valores Outlet irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Comarca de Braga.
8. WARRANTY
Valores Outlet guarantees the quality of the products it sells. The movable property, in the terms legally established, has a guarantee of two years from the date of delivery. Defects caused by negligence, misuse or washing that do not comply with the manufacturer's instructions are excluded from this warranty. All wear-resistant materials are also excluded from this warranty. In situations where the warranty is activated, repair, replacement, exchange or return will be performed, under the terms legally established. To activate the warranty, please contact Valores Outlet through our customer service, via email sales@valoresoutlet.com. The customer must inform Valores Outlet about the lack of compliance within a maximum period of 2 months.
